All Hallows' Eve
Tradition means giving votes to the most obscure of all classes, our ancestors. It is the democracy of the dead. Tradition refuses to submit to that arrogant oligarchy who merely happen to be walking around.

There are many folkloric and cultural traditions of ancient, pagan origin in my home country, and in the Balkans in general. Orthodox worship however is strictly Christian worship. I hope you know what this implies.
There are no pagan elements, and no invocations are made to pagan deities or spirits. Improprieties of any sort are strictly forbidden within the church.
I was just browsing youtube, and thought to share the following with you. I hope you enjoy the pagan dance, customs and music

Yes, you make invocations to a man made god by the power of man. That is very pagan.Catharsis wrote:>>you should remove all pagan inspired traditions with regard to the Christian celebrations of Christmas and Easter.<<

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was WITH God, and the Word WAS God...and the Word became flesh and made his dwelling amongst men" (John 1:1,14)
Categorically. Different.
