Just something I want to make sure every Christian here is ready for.
The Bible says that Jesus will descend from the Heavens and all saved Christians will be caught up with him in the sky and he will take them to Heaven. If the tribulation (Jesus' second coming) were to come tonight or tomorrow, would you be 100% sure of being caught up with Christ or would you remain on Earth? (Those who are not saved will remain on Earth and the Devil will have control of the Earth for 7 years, after that Christ will come down to Earth with all his saints and Satan will be thrown into the pit for 1000 years).
Or if you didn't live for the tribulation, do you know 100% that you would be living in Heaven? If you're not sure then ask Jesus as your saviour and for him to forgive your sins, then you can be 100% sure of going to Heaven.

I don't worry about any end times issues.
You should live each day like Christ was coming back tomorrow. That way it doesn't matter what is going to happen.
I know I will be with him because I have acknowledged that he is who he claimed to be, the Son of the One True God.

New to the group. I have my differences with one or two of the generally accepted Christian beliefs prevalent today.
But I believe the Bible to be the inerrant Word of God and is sufficient to equip man for "all good works" if "rightly divided" to expound "sound doctrine" (which, by default, accepts the concept of UNsound doctrine!).
In that regard, please provide the scriptural reference for your concern with 7 years of tribulation where some people are being left behind.
Thanks

I actually became a christian because I was scared of the end times....
I knew that if the end was to come soon (witch is quite possible) I was not going to heaven.. I wanted to live my whole life, and become a christian when I got old (like 80-90).....
I was always afraid that my christian friends and family would disappear, and I would be left alone....
anyway thats how it started.... now i'm not frightened of the end in the same way....
and i'm not a christian only because I'm scared... :nervious:
but does it really say that christians are going to be taken away before the end?

One love, one heart
Lets get together and feel alright
One love, hear my plea, one heart
Give thanks and praise to the lord, and I will feel alright

Yeah, I'm new here. 'sup?
Anyway, In my opinion, I think if you are a true Christian, you have absolutly nothing to worry about.
I don't think or worry about what's going to happen.
I try to just worry about serving god. That's the only important thing,
Not going to Heaven or Hell, or being through bad times or good times.
Only pleasing God, as a Christian, thats all that should matter.
(This is not to say that I don't worry or ponder, of course, it's just that you should try not to. Just my opinion though.)
