Why seminary damages faith

I just watched this video and thought it was insightful. The creator is a self-described former fundamentalist and evangelical that became a liberal theologian in seminary. He discusses that process, the complicated relationship that fundamentalism has with education and anti-intellectualism, and what he thinks that means for the church. It's long at almost twenty minutes, but I found it interesting.
