Mah name's Stefan (obvious). I'm an agnostic ex-christian, though I do not plan on becoming athiest any time soon. I joined because, in a fantastic stroke of irony, I am associated with catholics, christians, jews, jehoviah's witnesses, and atheists; however, none of them "dare speak of religion to outsiders, or my soul will burn in hell forever." I'm trying to expand on my personal beliefs, which is hardly a simple task when nobody will talk to you about why they believe what they believe. After a bit of frustration and coaxing rage fits out of my friends, I did a quick google, and wound up here. Cheers.
Outside of the religious world, a majority of people tend to describe me as "Steven Colbert having a baby with a Girrafe." So... yeah. Hi.
Fun fact: I have not paraphrased once in this post.

Post #2An odd position for an atheist. Regardless, welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll find a more than sufficient number of people willing to discuss their religious views with you here.Stefan_Bashkir wrote:Mah name's Stefan (obvious). Welcome to the forum Stefan. This is a good place to clarify one's thoughts on matters related to religion.

Post #5Granted, atheists didn't say that. My single atheist friend just tells me there is no god, then he walks away. I figured I should leave that out to avoid further ranting. An odd position for an atheist. Regardless, welcome to the forum. And yeah, I was kinda hoping that a religious debate forum would be willing to talk about religion.
