I had to questions i was wondering, unfortunate one of them flew away, perhaps i remember it, anyhow, first one;
1. WHERE in the bible does it say commiting suicide is a sin? I could´nt find it in any quick sin list i was looking for, but everyone SAYS its a sin and you wont come to heaven. WHY?
2. ok, i forgot the other one, but it was a good one. i know, alas, later on.
Two quesions for you scholars.

China is catching up fast. I agree.. this country's abuse of the environment is bad. It has gotten worse in the last 6 years underneath the bush administration. Hopefully, that trend will reverse itself in 2009Scrotum wrote:You may hope what you want, but it does not change reality. You also live in the country which is the biggest polluter in the world (Wich they at the same time DENY). So perhaps if you would change your countries policies, become more open minded and caring like your European counterparts, the world would be a better place?I for one hope the earth is not our final destination. After all look at the climate change. Colorado is turning into Arizona. Ice caps are heating up. Hurricaines and floods, and all sorts of things. Nope, I for one can not wait to get off this world.
Because of what i see now, is you destroying the world (as being part of the american society, you are part of its policies of destroying the world), and then say "gosh, look how the world is destroyed, i dont like it".... Perhaps if you take responsibility for the World it would be rathr nice, non?

I dont think the problem is in the administration, but rather the fact that they deny that they are polluting at all. I think i even heard a quote saying they dont pollute. But on that note, Bush would´nt be able to spell his own name, so what he says and dont say is of no real interest other then to does wanting a peaceful worldgoat wrote:China is catching up fast. So you think you will get a new PResident 09? I sersiouly thought that he would change the rules allowing him to be president for "forever". And continue the State you have now

Sure some of us have doubts. If we can believe Bush we are stuck in Iraq until he is gone and he might star a few more in the next 2+ years.
I would love to see our armed forces feeding people and building houses.
We could end up with martial law with half our population in camps.
I am not paranoid.

But there is no real difference between Republicans and Democrats, they are both extreme rightwing parties, so im always curious to why they call Democrats "left wing".Cathar1950 wrote:Some of us have hope that Bush will be gone in 09 Scrotum.So you think you will get a new PResident 09? In Sweden, the two parties would be equal to Sverige Democraterna, which is a Nazi party. VAM VAM VAM (Vitt Ariskt Motstånd)......
Anyhow, the Iraq question would not even be a problem if Americans where not so indoctrinated to think they "are the best in the world". If americans accepted they suck at warfare, they would simple ask for help from EU as example, and if they did, that is, ASKED FOR HELP, in a decent respectul manner, i have no doubt they would.
But that wont happen, imagine the american people accepting that their country is not as good as they have been told for so long, imagine it if they where to visit countries like Sweden or Holland, or heck, Even Canada. Oh well, sad really, it could be a very nice country if the poverty was dealt with, as well as the socialnets, and education and medical care.
