The Shortest Way To The Truth
There are two important things about knowing God and the way to the salvation of our souls that we have to consider to keep ourselves away from deceptions, to wit:

2. Jesus is Immanuel, who is always beside us all the time. He is in a 24/7 watch mode for us who will come to Him and call on Him for the salvation of our souls.

Post #141Did the child hear voices?
Your response is confusing to me. Are you saying that the child heard voices and the voices claimed to be Almighty God[/u]? If so in what sense was the Child "God incarnate" when someone else (claiming to be Almighty God) was talking to him

Post #142"automatic writing" does not convey a meaning to me... are you saying the child wrote things down and was unaware of what he was writing? If YES was he (the child) writing down what he heard the voices dictate? If no, please explain "automatic writing".

The Father through Jesus by the Spirit's power reveals his truths to me by giving me his ideas for writing books, @OneJack, but all of such ideas must always be examined and found to be consistent with God's Word, the Bible, or they are from other sources and must be rejected. That truth is according to the Word:
2Ti 3:16Â All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,Â
2Ti 3:17Â that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.Â
2Pe 1:16Â For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.Â
2Pe 1:17 For when he received honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased,â€Â
2Pe 1:18Â we ourselves heard this very voice borne from heaven, for we were with him on the holy mountain.Â
2Pe 1:19Â And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts,Â
2Pe 1:20Â knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation.Â
2Pe 1:21Â For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.Â

Post #146Regarding our salvation and Jesus as Immanuel and also as to why Jesus has the name Jesus,OneJack wrote: ↑Fri Feb 06, 2026 12:41 am The Shortest Way To The Truth
There are two important things about knowing God and the way to the salvation of our souls that we have to consider to keep ourselves away from deceptions, to wit:
1. Neither the bible nor John, Luke, Matthew, Paul, and the rest of the apostles is God.
2. Jesus is Immanuel, who is always beside us all the time. He is in a 24/7 watch mode for us who will come to Him and call on Him for the salvation of our souls.
Why do we have to be so obsessed with biblical accounts that we treat them as if they were the only source of truth about God and the salvation of our souls when Jesus is with us always, though we do not see Him yet? He can surely bring us to the truth if we come to Him and call on Him in the right way. Jesus, real and forever living God, is the only way to the truth about God and our salvation.
Acts 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. 23 Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus: 24 When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
Acts 2: 22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which GOD DID by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: 23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: 24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
John 5: 30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
WHO was SENT and WHEN?
We read in Luke 4 Jesus quoting Isaiah 61 "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; HE HAS SENT ME to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
John 12:43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. 44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. 45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. 46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. 47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Immanuel = "God with us" or "with us is God"
Jesus = "Jehovah is salvation"
YHVH our God is with us through His Spirit living in the promised son of David, the human given the name of Jesus.
This promised son of David is given the name Jesus because YHVH through this man brings forth our salvation.
Romans 5:15-21 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
Ephesians 5:9 For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness and truth.
Isaiah 42: Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my Spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
YHVH our Creator brought forth our salvation through calling the son of David to righteousness, through resting His Spirit upon him without measure. By this man's righteousness we have been saved. Jesus is proof of the power and influence YHVH's Spirit has on a man, it truly causes righteousness. We are justified through this man. "Where the Spirit IS, there IS LIFE BECAUSE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS and now we are promised to be raised from the dead and given the Spirit to the cause of our righteousness, to which also brings us into eternal life. This is why Jesus said that we would be baptized with his same baptism and that we would drink of the same cup he drinks of, but to sit at his right or left is up to the Father. Paul tells us we are to drink of the One Spirit. This is why Jesus said that a man must be born of the Spirit to enter into God's kingdom. Jesus we are told in Acts was raised from the dead and he received the Promised Spirit and he entered into God's kingdom and was exalted to His right hand. We are Promised this same Spirit and to enter into God's kingdom, such is the Good News!
The way to salvation is believing in he whom God sent.
God sent a Son of Man upon having called him to righteousness, upon having rested His Spirit upon him.
God sent a son of David upon having made him into His own Son, for those who are righteous are Sons of God and those who are led by the Spirit of God are Sons of God.
God sent the man to whom he anointed of the Spirit to do His works and speak His Words, to be for a LIGHT and fulfill YHVH's covenant.
The Good News is the Promised Spirit, to which is The Word of Life, "for the Spirit is Life because of Righteousness" and it has been Promised for mankind to receive since before the world was! YHVH our God and Creator made us in His own image, He made us vessels to acquire all the fruits of His Spirit. Jesus received it at the river Jordan becoming an only begotten Son, the only mortal man to receive the Spirit not by measure, and then he received it upon rising from the dead where he became a firstborn of many brethren, for we are Promised to receive it upon his return.

Re: The Shortest Way To The Truth
Post #148The phrase, ‘The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,’ is related to the declaration of the Son of God in John 14:10-11. The Spirit, and Life that was in the Son of God was the Father, the Almighty God whose name is Jesus. Since Jesus is the Savior, we have nowhere to look and go for our salvation [to come to us] but Jesus alone.FruitoftheSpirit wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2026 5:19 pmRegarding our salvation and Jesus as Immanuel and also as to why Jesus has the name Jesus,OneJack wrote: ↑Fri Feb 06, 2026 12:41 am The Shortest Way To The Truth
