This site uses phpBB forum software. It is an open source software and is freely usable. There are no license fees to use the product.
Practically all modifications (mods) to the software were found on various websites.
Certain mods were implemented using EasyMod. It tries to automatically install modifications without needing to touch any code.
For manual code editing, I like to use HTML-Kit.
