Debating Christianity and Religion

I've added a feature to get tokens for posts in the debate forums. You get 5 tokens for starting a topic. You get 2 tokens if you reply to a topic. Also you get a token for each 100 characters for any post (with a max of 10 per post). (Anything you quote will not count towards the token count.)

Once you amass some tokens, here are some things you can do with them:
- Create your own usergroup
- Have your own custom title
- Give a MPG donation
- Donate tokens to another user
- Have your own email address

Wonderful idea there. I'll probably be buying myself a Ferrari from your store when the time comes. =p

and what is the commodity backing this token currency? will there be an online store to trade-in the tokens for tangible prizes, cash, or something else?

Tokens are backed by the full faith and credit of this forum.

Yes, there will be online stores available so that you can trade tokens for virtual items. As for trading tokens for physical items, that I'm not too sure about that right now.

Installing stores is on my list of things to do.

What kind of items wil be in the store?

I'm open to any suggestions on items to put into the store. Of course, I have to wait for the store mod to be completed before I can install it and people can start buying stuff.

I have no idea of what items would be needed or wanted or even standar because this is the first message board I've been a part of.

In each post on the left side, under the person's name, there is a link that says "Donate". Click on that and enter in how many tokens you would like to donate to that person.
