Honorary Distinction Award

I have created a new award - the Honorary Distinction Award. This would go to any member who is in good standing that is a Site Supporter, has been a moderator (not currently on the mod team), and has at least 5000 posts.
cnorman18, Confused, and micatala are the first recipients of this award.
Edit: added "not currently on the mod team"
